Video Doctor app for iPhone and iPad

Our mission is to provide doctors and patients with a platform which connects them easily for video and audio consultations. We aim to provide easy, accessible and sustainable healthcare communication solutions to both patients and doctors.

Our platform enables users and administration staff to book appointments with registered doctors. To book an appointment, patients will login to the platform and book appointment which will then be approved by an administrator based on doctor availability. Once approved, patient will get an e-mail and SMS text confirming the time and they can have a video or audio consultation with the doctor. The doctor can also suggest investigations as necessary and prescribe medication, issue fit notes and do referrals to hospitals or other specialities if necessary. Our platform facilitates document management and patient records management confirming to security standards.

Patients can print the prescription at their home or nominate a pharmacy for prescriptions to be sent directly (Electronic prescription service). The platform is integrated with google maps and patients can navigate to the nearest pharmacy or hospital as necessary.

The platform facilitates doctors to configure their online availability for consultations. Doctors can also access information of their patients by logging into the application, review it and suggest/prescribe medication to their patients at the time of consultation. Access to the application is highly secure and accessing certain features of the platform like patient information is based on the user type only.
